Here is the updated version of The Pole Game that was released in September
2007. The new release includes controller support for either the
mouse or the XBox360 controller attached to your PC, and "achievements"
which can be unlocked by stalling the frosh in creative ways. If you unlock
all of the achievements, we definitely want to hear from you. While
you're downloading the game (40MB), here are your 'cooks,'
which you should study while you're waiting. Check out the
LegendWeb when you're done.
If you aren't a member of the Queen's University community, you've
got some catching up to do. Maybe you should try the
longer documentation here, which
contains more backstory and a glossary. Then again, no matter how much you
read at this point, this all probably isn't gonna make much sense.
System Requirements for 2007 PC Edition:
DirectX 9.0c or later, .NET Framework 2.0 (both provided by installer), graphics card capable of Pixel Shader 2.0.
Compatible with Windows Vista, 2003, XP, 2000, NT, ME, 98, and 95.

Here is the 2007 version of The Pole Game that will run on the XBox360.
In order to install this game onto your Xbox360, you need to
have a subscription to the XNA Creators Club and have the free XNA
Game Studio Express installed on your PC. Instructions for how to
achieve this are found at the
XNA Creators
Club website.

The Pole Game "Classic Edition" for PC

The Pole Game that was released in 1999.
If you are experiencing problems with the updated version of Legend of the
Greasepole, or are attempting to play it on older hardware, this version may
work better for you.

C-H-P while selecting your discipline to unlock Ritual edition.
